Savoy cabbage contains vitamins C, A, E, B1, B2, B6, PP, as well as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium, sugar, proteins, fiber, mustard oils, phytoncides, iron; ash substances, carotene, thiamine, Riboflavin. This cabbage is rich in amino acids, carbohydrates and pectin substances.
