Today I'm gonna share with you "How to store Ilish Fish in Years"
Ingredients:
Ilish Fish
Clean poly bag
Process:
Take fishes in the sink. Simply wash with plain water. Don't wash very much or don't sock into the water long. Just clean to wash all the dust. Put into a stainer. Wait sometime to drain the water. Take a poly put one fish. Don't put two or three fish together. One poly one fish. Fold it properly and keep inside the freezer. In this way you can store fish one year.
