Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Powa Fish with Winter Vegetables"*
Ingredients:
Powa Fish
Tomato
Beans
Cauliflower
Potato
Onion
Garlic
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Green chili
Salt
Oil
Process:
Get into pieces all the vegetables. Then put a pan in the stove. Add oil. Put onion and fry. Add garlic and all the other dry spices. Fry well. Add water as per needs. Then add cut pieces fish. Cover and cook. After 15 minutes add vegetables. All needs to tender together. Covering protect the vitamins of food. Get boiled. Within 15 minutes fish and vegetables will be well tendered. Garnish with coriander leafs.
Serve with hot rice.
