We've heard and read so much about this topic. So I'm not going to bore you with things you already know.
I try my best to eat healthy. As much as I can, I eat vegetables or fruits and stay away from fast food.
But this past week has been crazy. Temptation was everywhere. So I just had to accept that I cannot say no to these evils.
I'm just glad that these evils are so photogenic that they are worth posting here so they can serve as a reminder for me to eat healthier this week.
Evil No. 1: Donuts. I don't usually like to eat donuts because its too sweet for my taste. But if it's offered for free, I can usually eat two. It was Employee Appreciation Day at work so they decided employees should start acquiring Diabetes.
Evil No. 2: Frappe. I'm a coffee lover so this one is my favorite evil. This evil made me so happy that I forgot all about Diabetes. This was also offered during the Employee Appreciation Day.
Evil No. 3: Ice Cream. When you're out with friends and they offer to buy you ice cream you just don't say no. You smile your sweetest smile and say Thank You!!!!
Evil No. 4: Isaw. This is basically grilled chicken intestines, it's bad for you because its carcinogenic and no one can say for sure that it's 100% clean. But as weird as this may sound to others, it's 100% delicious.
This is how I ate last week so I have to eat better this week. I hope you liked how my unhealthy food diary photos looked like. Because I was surprised that they look so good in these photos but I'm not happy about how I feel right now. I just feel so unhealthy and weak. Maybe it's psychological or maybe not.
I started eating healthy again today. So I was thinking maybe I should also share my healthy food diary next week. :)
