Mushroom or kulat jumpung in the language of Aceh is one of the many species of food mushrooms cultivated in East Asia and Southeast Asia with a tropical or subtropical climate.
The young fruit body is oval, dark brown to gray and shielded. In the body of adult mushroom fruit fruits, the hood develops like a grayish-brown gray dish with light brown stems. The mushroom that is sold for consumption is the young fruit body whose tudung is not yet developed.
Mushroom has a delicious taste, tasty, and not easily changed its form when cooked, so it is used for a variety of dishes, such as mushroom chicken noodles, sauteed mushrooms, mushroom pepes, capcay and stir-fried noodles.
