Hi guys, today we just had this delicious dish called kinilaw. Kinilaw means eating the fish raw with vinegar.
The fish that we use is called barungoy or blackfinned flying fish in english. It is the best for kilawin because its flesh is kinda sweet if you eat itraw.
In making kilawin you must extract the flesh of the fish forst and then cut some oninos, garlic and ginger and mix them all together in one container and then add salt and vinegar. The vinegar will be the one to make it fish looks like it is half cooked.
It perfect when you are having some foodtrips on beach with friends and pulotan while having drinks.
