I always look forward to the presentation of the first dish at a wedding.
This one at Megellan Grand Ballroom, Sutera Habour, was exceptionally beautiful & colourful. What normally presented on a white round China is now on a rectangular glass platter.
Have a look at what they have on the plate. My favourite is the smoked duck. So tenderly smoked and rich with delicious taste of how duck meat should be. For a superstar local actor & singer Boniface Mosios, everything is likely his favourite but nowadays it’s selective diet- works in entertainment world always requires one to be fit & healthy. I’m honoured to be seated in the same table with this fellow University of Aberdeen graduate who have excelled in movie industry.
One most notable appearance is in Huminodun, directed by Aaron Cowan and produced by Siung Film Production Sdn.Bhd.

Huminodun the movie is one unique Kadazan Language production movie where Boniface took a big role. This movie has projected local film industry to a higher level. Being a fellow Aberdonians together with the father of the bride, Boniface’s attendance certainly makes a weeding more memorable.
