I want to introduce that you can easily make Korean food if you have ingredients.
Today the second dish to introduce Korean food is Braised Pork Ribs with Kimchi.
When you think of Korea, kimchi will be the food that comes to mind.
Most koreans eat kimchi every day and every meal.
There are so many types of kimchi. Today's kimchi is cabbage kimchi.
I think that Braised Pork Ribs with Kimchi may be a little bit spicy.
But once you ate it, you will want to eat it again.
Then, Let's start cooking.
(For 3 people)
Ingredients: cabbage kimchi / pork rib / Laurel leaves
Seasoning: red pepper / soybean paste / soy sauce / crushed garlic
You have to soak pork ribs in the water for at least 1 hour to remove some blood.
Put the pork ribs, soybean Paste 1 spoon and 5 laurel leaves. Then, boil for 15 minutes.
That way, you can remove the smell and fat from pork.
You should wash the boiled pork ribs with cold water.
Place the pork ribs on the bottom and cover with kimchi.
Put red pepper 1 spoon, crushed garlic 1 spoon, a pot of water(1.5liter), soy sauce 1 spoon.
Then, Bring it just about to gentle boil over medium heat, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
It is a good idea to shake the pot gently once or twice so the liquid will sip through all the nooks and crannies.
Ta-dah~! It is finished. just place them on the dish.
This is calling for a real appetite-arouser.

You can eat kimchi by cutting it with your fingers or with scissors just like most Korean restaurants do.

오늘은 저녁으로 돼지 등갈비 김치찜을 해먹었어요.
그럼 조리법 같이 공유해볼겠습니다.
재료 - 돼지 등갈비 / 김치 / 월계수잎 5장
양념 - 고추가루 1 / 된장 1 / 다진마늘 1 / 간장 1
- 돼지 등갈비의 핏물을 제거하기 위해서 1시간 정도 찬물에 담궈두세요.
- 된장 1, 월계수잎 5장, 등갈비를 15분동안 끓여주세요.
- 돼지 등갈비를 끓인 후 불순물을 제거하기 위해서 깨끗히 씻어주세요.
- 냄비에 등갈비를 이쁘게 깔아주시고 그 위에 김치를 놓아 주세요.
- 짜잔~맛있는 등갈비 김치찜 완성입니다.
