So yesterday we went to check out this new Ramen place called Ultra they have over 25 locations in Japan and this is their first one in the USA.
The chef makes the noodles in house and I have heard great reviews on it.
We waited nearly 2 hours to be seated, and I kept thinking that I love to try new experiences and that I would be worth the wait.
So finally after we got seated we had a warm sake
and order a Vegatble Ramen my conclusion is that was good defently not worth 2 hrs to be seated but good experience.
