I enjoy adding a little bit change to a similar food with similar ingredients.

I had some tomatoes, avocado. Butter the bread slice and apply the cream cheese over half of the bread, buttered side down.
Arrange some avocado and tomato slices, a piece of cheddar cheese and little mozzarella cheese on top of slice with cream cheese. Finally, cover with the remaining slice, buttered side up. Cook over low heat with slight pressure. Cook the sandwich for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until little brown and the cheese has melted.
