Moussaka is an eggplant potato-based dish, often including ground meat, in the Levant, Middle East, and Balkans, with many local and regional variations.
Many versions have a top layer made of milk-based sauce thickened with egg (custard) or flour (béchamel sauce). In Greece, the dish is layered and typically served hot. In Turkey, it is sautéed and served in the style of a casserole, and consumed warm or at room temperature. In the Arab world it is usually eaten cold.
Personal warm is my favorite and there's a hot Moussaka on the plate with the addition of "kajmak"(the best quality cream from milk),the habanero is a variety of chili pepper. Unripe habaneros are green, and they color as they mature. The most common color variants are orange and red, but the fruit may also be white, brown, yellow, green, or purple add this sauce as desired !
