Taking some time off crypto today: tried to make some baguettes
Placed the ingredients into mixer and mixed. then left to rise for 30 min in damp warm place
Rolled into long strips and placed on sheet
Baking in progress at 190 Celcius
Recipe:
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon water
