fried shrimp flour tauco chili sauce Green
INGREDIENTS:
300 gr of shrimp, clean it.
50 gr instant seasoning flour
30 ml of water
Right amount of oil
Sauce material:
5 cloves of onion, sliced
5 cloves of garlic, fine count
1/2 tomato fruit, sliced
2 cm ginger, geprek
1 tbsp tauco
7 pieces of green chili, sliced iris
1 segang galangal, geprek
2 bay leaves
200 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
Way:
Mix shrimp, flour and water. Stir well. Fry until done. Set aside on a serving plate.
Sauce:
Heat oil, saute onion, garlic, ginger, greetings and galangal. Stir until fragrant. Enter the green chili, tauco and tomato. Stir again for a while. Then enter the water.
