Hi friends,
As a meat lover, I usually have some form of meat in every dinner. However, my wife made a vegetarian pasta to switch things up and it was quite delicious!
The sauce was cashew based, and there was spinach and sun dried tomatoes in it. The pasta was cooked Al dente, so it had some extra texture… very good!
I don’t think I will be giving up my meats though…
