The other day, my wife made bell pepper stuffed with beef and rice - one of my favorites :)
I did a wild thing and put a pepper on the pepper:
That is a habanero pepper and it was hooooot! I fire roasted it and it brought out some serious heat!
I don’t know why, but I enjoy the pain - it adds to the food experience!
Would you eat this?
