Hi Friends,
I consider myself a big eater. I would rather eat small at breakfast and lunch, and go big at dinner. Probably not the best strategy healthy-wise, but its what I enjoy.
Well, sometimes my wife will sneak in a healthy dinner, like this arugula salad with grilled chicken:
Yummy and healthy. I still ate a ton of it, but it was fairly hearty so it satisfied me. Good stuff.
