I am going to have to say this to Quinn and all the good folk over there at The Garden of Eden, you make vegetables that I have always disliked look so damn tantalizing. Yes, tantalizing, that is a good word to use.
Besides being one of the inspirations in my own food and sustainability goals, you are really enticing me to branch out and start planning some of the other produce I have been hesitant to grow. Gingered mushrooms and peppers, why the hell not. I would give that a shot. Well, not before today and looking at that picture. But, now, sure.
