◼1 cup fresh cherries
◼2 tbsp water
◼1 teaspoon Natvia
◼1 tsp lemon juice
Remove stems and pit cherries.
Puree cherries, water, lemon juice and Natvia until smooth.
Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for approximately 3 hours, stirring a few times
to break up the ice crystals as it sets.
Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
Divide between 2 bowls to serve.
Tip: if fresh cherries are out of season use 200g frozen pitted cherries instead.
