This is a glorious dish of Pad Thai with fried tofu! This was my dinner today
and seems great for you as it tastes great and is also good for you!
Tofu has so many health benefits alone!
It is a remarkable source of protein that also contains all 8
essential amino acids we need daily!
It also has calcium, iron, selenium, minerals mananese and phosphorus.
All these health benefits plus the added source of healthy magnesium, zinc, copper
and vitamin B1.
So let's enjoy your Friday evening with some Pad Thai.....
Are you ready for some Pad Thai yet? I love it! The peanuts are also an added
health benefit of this dish! Eating nuts alone results in a lower chance of getting heart disease.
Peanuts are rich in antioxidants and vitamins to help us stay healthy!
With so many great things going on here in the ingredients alone, it's not
hard to make this one a favorite!

It's not hard to make the fried tofu as I added here.....it's best if you freeze the tofu
prior to frying. It makes it crispier! Try to use a great organic brand such as trader joe's
theirs is amazing! Along with their Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce and Peanut Sauce it makes
it easy as you only need to add your own gluten free rice noodles and your all set! Adding
sprouts and chopped onions make it a complete meal!
