Hello There Steemians!
This is a simple baked potato but tastes just fabulous! It really is much better when you cook it in the oven and it's only an hour! Throw it in and go about doing whatever you need to in your home.
You will need a big russet potato for baking.
Turn your oven on 425 degrees.
Wash your potato, scrub it hard on the skin
Pierce it with a fork several times all over
To allow the Steem to escape.
Then out olive oil or real butter on it, sprinkle salt
And pepper and leave it in the oven for an hour and 15 minutes.
If you like a softer skin wrap it in tin foil.
I like mine crispy so I left the tin foil off.
After an hour and 15 minutes I took them
Out of the oven!
