Homemade, easy, healthy and delicious!
Filled with homemade tomato garlic sauce, pepper, avocado, dried tomatos and spices:
Or with a nice banana, honey and lots of coconut raps:
What you need for 2-3 portions:
- 4 eggs (best quality you can get)
- 400 g flour (i recommend spelt, whole grain)
- 500 ml milk (i like it most with soy or spelt)
- salt
- coconut (or another) oil
For the sauce i mixed
- some tomatoes,
- dried tomatoes,
- garlic,
- onion and
- some spices.
feel free to change some ingredients
How it works:
- mix eggs, flour, milk and a bit of salt
- wait for 10 minutes (you can prepare a pan with oil in those 10 minutes)
- start cooking :D
- put some nice veggies and spices or fruits and honey on top.
- roll it up
- enjoy !
