Pork loin in coconut sauce
Ingredients:
- Loin of pork.
- Coconut milk
- Large onions
- Garlic
- Big tomatoes
- Small paprika
- Coriander branches.
- Rice (optional)
- Some water.
- Oil
- Salt.
- Pepper.
Preparation:
- Cut the pork loin into slices and reserve.
- Cut the onions, the garlic, the paprika and the tomatoes in Vichy.
- In a hot pan add a little oil and vegetables previously cut.
- We fry all the dressings until they wither and unify all the flavors.
- Then add the slices of pork loin with coconut milk and seasoning everything.
- Let cook approximately 25 minutes and culminate with a little coriander.
NOTE: We cook the rice last and prepare a cup of rice for two of water and a little salt.
