Chocolate Oatmeal
This recipe is SOS, healthy and vegan!
Makes 1-4 Servings
Oatmeal Ingredients
(Adjust portions to fit needs but keep ratios)
200g Rolled or steel cut oats
90g Dates
70g Peanuts, chopped, preferably roasted beforehand.
35g Cocoa Powder
1 tsp cinnamon or to taste
Recommended Toppings
Chocolate "Nice cream"
Vanilla "Nice cream"
Peanut butter "Nice cream"
Strawberry "Nice cream"
Fresh berries
Peanut butter
Instructions
Add oats, dates, peanuts, cocoa powder and cinnamon into a saucepan and cover with water
Bring to boil and then to a simmer
Once oatmeal is cooked and your desired consistency is reached, remove from the heat
(Optional) Add toppings of your choice
