It is so often that when you do the simplest of things and it turns out to be the best in the end! Same like today I prepared a simple salad with lettuce and some cheese, black olives, cucumbers and tomatoes and seasoned with a simple dressing made of oil and vinegar...
It was simply one of the most delicious and light salad I’ve had for long!
For the dressing, I simply used olive oil, red vinegar, salt , pepper and some onion slices!
You just have to clean and delicately place all the salad ingredients in a bowl which you cut in the sizes and forms you wish!
Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy right away!
Eating such salads from time to time is very well encouraged as this is surely super good for your body!!
