I hope you are having a great day, today I made a nice recipe , and I satisfied with the result, that’s why I want to share it with everyone in this great community, even the people whose never know how to cook can try them, and they will surprised with them.
The Moroccan brioche is the softest buns which you will find it in every Moroccan table, with butter, jam, honey, cheese... , and you can have it in your breakfast, you can use it in the place of burger bread, really it super delicious and so soft.
I will share with you the simple ingredients which available in every home, and so simple!
INGREDIENTS:
- 600 gms of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 25 gms of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of aniseed
- 120 gms of sugar
- 60 gms of oil
- sesame for garnish them
DIRECTION:
- put in large bowl all the ingredients above little by little, mix them well.
- Knead the dough well until you get a soft dough.
- put little oil in your hands, and form balls, spread them with your hand little, and pass on them one egg with little milk powder with brush.and let’s them set for 1hour till 2 hours , until their sizes doubled.
- cook them in medium temperature 200 degrees for 15 minutes, until you get a nice red color.
