Today I made a Moroccan curry with meat, potatoes, olives, cardoon, and preserved lemon, all these ingredients mixed and give a good flavor, just you have to try it to enjoy this incredible taste.
To prepare this Moroccan dish you need:
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g of meat
- 500 g of cardoon
- 3 potatoes
- 2 Small tomatoes
- 2 medium onions
- half preserved lemon
- coriander
- salt+ginger powder +Black pepper +turmeric powder.
- olives oil
DIRECTION:
- put the meat in pressure cooker and add little olives oil+ and grated tomatoes + shopped onions +coriander, and the spices.
- put all in medium heat and stir well, then add 2 cup of water and let’s all cook.
- peel the potatoes and cut them in 4 pieces and wash the olives and preserved lemon.
- when the meat cooked, add the potatoes with olives and preserved lemon, and close well .
- wash the preserved cardoon and add them when all cooked.
Voila the Moroccan curry is ready to have it with Moroccan bread ! Really so yummy!!!
