Hello my dearest friends of steemit! Today I would share with you a vegan recipe, it’s so easy and so healthy, me personally I like it so much, even am not vegetarian but I like to eat so much vegetables in my meals, and okras contains so much vitamins and so good for diabetics peoples, so I will share with you the Mauritian way to cook this okras.
To cook the Mauritian okras you need:
- 1 Small onion cut finely
- 3 cloves of garlic grated
- salt
- oil
- okras cut in medium pieces
DIRECTION:
- put oil with onion, garlic , salt , let all cook, then add the okras , stir all together and cover them , and check it every time because it cook quick.
The Mauritian okras is ready to serve it with your curry.
