Got an idea to make my own peanut butter while adopting to my low carbs diet. To start with, easy to find ingredients and simple instruction plus a blender.
Ingredients:
500gms Peanuts
1/4tsp Himalayan Salt
4tbs Coconut Oil
1tbs Room Temp Butter
2tbs Stevia
Procedure:
1. Roast peanut in medium heat.
2. Put the roasted peanuts to the blender and grind the peanuts thoroughly.
3. After grind, put all the rest of ingredients in the blender.
4. Mixed again until it is finely blended.
P.S. You my add more sweetener as per your taste.
