Hello friends of steemit today I want to share a very simple recipe; but above all very healthy.
This is the carrot soup, which apart from having a delicious flavor, gives us a lot of nutrients. It is perfect for people who want to take care of their figure for the few calories and is also ideal for children, for its taste, consistency, color and nutrients provided.
Well friends here I leave my version of this delicious recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
3 large carrots
1 Medium onion or ½ large onion.
½ Paprika
3 Cloves of crushed garlic.
¼ Cup of coriander.
2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
1 liter of water.
Salt to taste
PEPARATION
1) Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into slices, place them in a pot, bring to the fire with the liter of water and salt until they soften.
2) Cut the onion and paprika into pieces and place with the carrots in the same water for 5 minutes; Remove from heat and reserve until cooled slightly.
3) Blend the preparation and bring back to the fire, place the olive oil, crushed garlic, place more salt if required and finally when it begins to boil place the coriander. Let boil for 3 more minutes and remove from heat.
4) Serve our soup, you can put a little cream and accompany with slices of toast if you wish.
