Hot cake with cheeze

I love cooking and today were going to explore by making HOT CAKE with CHEEZE.

Ingredients

2 meduim sized egg

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon melted butter

3/4 cup of water

1/4 cup of milk

I pack of hot cake flour 200g

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Beat eggs in a bowl ,
Add 1 tablespoon of oil
Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter,then add 3/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, slice cheeze into cube shape
Lastly but most important the hot cake flour 200g.

Mix it until just slightly lumpy
( do not over mix )

Slightly grease the preheated pan with melted butter, pour desired amount of hot cake mixture.
When bubles appear turn to cook the other side.

Server with your favorite hot cake syrup
And its ready to eat.
