Ingredients
- Mussels
- Pasta
- Olive oil
- Onion - finely chopped
- Garlic - finely chopped
- Parsley - finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water following packet directions
- Saute garlic, onion, parsley in olive oil until tender
- Add mussels and cook until mussels have opened
- Toss in drained pasta
- Serve
