Those who were in Hungary, and like to taste local spirits, I'm sure they know about Pálinka. Pálinka is a special Hungarian spirit, which made from fruits, and usually has higher alcohol degree than 40%, some of them reach 60%.
We attended this dinner where HVP paired with food and wines these spirits. The speciality of the pálinka producer is, they not only make fruit pálinka but also vegetables like beefroot, or carrot, which ideal for salads, so those able to enjoy it who only eats salad.

We started with a welcome drink which was an Irsai pálinka, which similar to a grappa

We finally arrives to the main course: Venison, and Cabernet Franc grape pálinka, Fantástico Malbec wine
For the dessert we got a real special one pálinka. Peach fruit was in the pálinka, so it has more intense taste. For this course we got pancakes with cottage cheese, and peach.
