This is also a story from the past, when we had a Wine dinner at HVP wineyard.
After the arrival we got a welcome tasting from the HVP Irsai Olivér wine, which has intensive smell like a perfume
As it is afternoon, some of us drink a coffee
We tasted some Savignon blanc, and rosé pinot noir
The welcome bites, is pomegranate and pear on salad
For this menu item we got a glass of Virtuoso Terroir
Next was Salmon with fennel
For the wines we got guidance from Tamás Oroszlán who was the sommelier at that time
We turned to the red wines
Duck breast on sweet potato
For wine tasting you must drink equal water.
Lamb rack with vegetables seating
Some steak for main curse
And a wonderful Italian dessert for closing the foods
