The past 3 days since Friday we've been at a BMW event among another 3 food trucks to serve the food to the crew as well as the attendees. Some are buying them BMW cars so it's kind of a big deal sorta event. Anyway, our job was to do some of our famous grilled cheese sandwiches and that's exactly what we delivered.
Each of our grilled cheese sandwiches was served with some cheesy nachos as well on the side and a choice of barbecue beef sandwiches or chicken sandwiches.
All of the grill cheese sandwiches comes with 2 types of cheeses which are American slice cheddar and mozzarella. They are then served with either pulled beef with a smokey barbecue aioli or poached chicken breast with cocktail sauce.
All of these goodness are sandwiched between a rye bread that we get from a local baker friend of ours and then pressed in a panini machine to give it it's golden buttery crusts. Super crunchy and toasty on the outside and ooey gooey and delicious on the inside.
It was 3 good days at the event and we're gonna be busy yet again with a pretty major catering the coming weekend.
