One of the best noodles around are Chinese hand-pulled noodles. They make the noodles to order so sometimes it takes awhile... around 10 minutes but we were fortunate to have it today at a non-peak hour so it came within 5 minutes.
Warm broth and freshly cooked noodles with slices of tender beef cut against the grain with thinly sliced radish and topped with a generous amount of garnish of spring onions and corriander leaves really hits the spot on a cool day like today.
They also serve this with a side dish of chilli oil which you can optionally stir it into your soup. What I do is I normally enjoy half of the bowl of noodles as it is and the next half I add in a heap spoon full of their chilli in oil. This way you get the best of both worlds!
I highly recommend coming to this place in Taman Melawati called Kungfu Ramen. It'll be the cheapest bowl of high quality bowl of ramen you'll ever find around the city.
