If you've followed or read any of my ulogs about food for some time now, you'll know that my favorite cuisine is Indian food. I do love other cuisines as well but curry has got to be on my all time favorite food list.
Tonight we went dinner with some family friends who are now our neighbours as well as they recently got married and got a house around our neighbourhood.
We went for some local food at a nearby place, about 5 minutes drive away from where we stay, for dinner.
I had 'Maggi Goreng' and 'Chapati'. I did a post recently on 'Maggi Goreng' so I won't write on that today.
The 'Chapati' was really good and tasty. It came with a mint chutney and some curry chickpeas as the dips/sauces. Every mouthful you could get a different taste with the different sauces and it was really delicious.
Extremely inexpensive as you can get a chapati for around RM1.20 (0.30 USD) at any regular 'mamak' shops.
Being in Malaysia, you get to try out so many different types of food because our food has so many different cultures that influences it. You really get to try the best of many worlds all at one place.
