Been concocting this for about 2 months now and it's finally here. For a limited time only, I'm doing this burger at my food truck (link down below).
This burger was part of an idea we came up with as well as inspiration gotten from the the good ol' internet on the last week before releasing.
The bun is red as you can see and it's a wholemeal sesame seed bun that sandwiches the goodness of our in-house all beef patties.
It's called the 'Crimson Cow' being red and all. It's a cheeseburger served with 2 slices of beef bacon, some lettuce and a slice of fresh tomato accompanied with really delicious, slightly sweet, black pepper sauce.
The black pepper sauce is packed with black pepper and really gives a spicy kick to the burger but it's well balance as well as it is a little sweet, almost like a barbecue sauce. So you can say it's a beef cheeseburger with some black pepper barbecue sauce.
Absolutely delicious and like everything I serve at my food truck, if it isn't AWESOME, it's not on the menu :D
Only gonna be serving this for a limited time and this or next week might be it's last appearence for some time. A short one in conjuction with Chinese New Year. Come celebrate and end your CNY with some classic burgers with a little twist.
