Ingredient:
| 1 Pineapple | 黃梨1大個 |
| 1 Large Cucumber | 大黃瓜1條 |
| 5 Big red chilies | 紅辣椒5大條 |
| 2 Chicken livers | 雞肝2塊 |
| 5 Chicken gizzards | 雞胗5塊 |
| 4 cloves of garlics | 蒜頭4瓣 |
| Tomato sauce 8 tbsp | 番茄醬8湯匙 |
| Chili sauce 2 tbsp | 辣椒醬2湯匙 |
| Oyster sauce 3 tbsp | 蠔油3湯匙 |
| Sugar 2 tbsp | 白糖2湯匙 |
Direction:
Peel the pineapple and cucumber then cut them into small little cubes.
Chop the red chilies and mince the garlics.
Cook the chicken livers and chicken gizzards in boiled water, slice them afterward.
將黃梨和黃瓜去皮,然後切塊。
將紅辣椒切段,把蒜頭剁碎。
把雞胗和雞肝用滾水煮熟,然後切塊。
Heat up the oil with medium heat, saute the garlics for a minute.
熱鍋後,用中火爆香蒜頭一分鐘。
Chicken giblets in, stir fry them for a minute.
倒入雞胗和雞肝,翻炒1分鐘。
Cucumber cubes in, stir fry them for a minute.
倒入黃瓜,繼續翻炒1分鐘。
Pineapple and red chilies in, add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, and sugar, stir-fry them for 2 minutes.
將黃梨和紅辣椒倒入,加入蠔油、番茄醬、辣椒醬和白糖,翻炒2分鐘。
Add 2 cup of water, simmer them for 5 minutes.
加入2杯水,繼續燜煮5分鐘。
Ready to be served.
起鍋上菜。
