Ingredient:
| White Prawn 1.5kg | 白蝦1.5公斤 |
| Tamarind Paste 1 chunk | 羅望子膏一塊 |
| Half tsp of white pepper powder | 白胡椒粉半茶匙 |
| 1 tbsp of white sugar | 白糖一湯匙 |
Direction:
Get a chunk of tamarind paste (6cmx4cmx2cm) from this packed tamarind cube. Disintegrate them to marinate the white prawns.
將包裝內羅望子用手拔出一小塊,大約 6公分x 4公分 x 2公分,捏爛後用來醃製白蝦。
Season the prawns with white sugar and white pepper powder, marinate for half an hour.
加入白糖和白胡椒粉醃製白蝦約莫至少半小時。
When the oil is hot enough, fry the prawn with medium heat, 1 minute for each side.
油熱後,以中火把白蝦煎香,每邊煎個一分鐘。
After 2 minutes, it is probably cooked.
兩分鐘後,可明顯看到蝦子有點微焦,可起鍋。
