Ingredient:
| White shrimp 250g | 白蝦 半斤 |
| 3 Red chilies & 3 Green chilies | 青紅辣椒各3條 |
| 5 Thai Bird's eye chilies | 泰國小辣椒 5 條 |
| 3 cloves of garlics | 蒜頭3瓣 |
| 2 tbsp of Fermented soy bean paste | 豆醬 2湯匙 |
| Half tbsp of dark soy sauce | 黑醬油半湯匙 |
| 1 tbsp of White sugar | 白糖 1 湯匙 |
Direction:
Mince the garlic.
Deseed and chop all the chilies.
Remove the shell from the shrimps.
將蒜頭剁碎,把辣椒籽去掉然後切段,再把蝦殼剝掉。
Heat the oil with medium heat, saute the minced garlic.
將菜油燒熱後,用中火爆香蒜頭。
When minced garlic turns mild golden brown, saute the fermented soybean paste for a minute.
蒜頭爆香至微金黃色之際,倒入豆醬一起爆香一分鐘。
White shrimps in, saute them for a minute.
倒入白蝦,與豆醬蒜頭一起翻炒一分鐘。
Chilies all in, stir fry them for a minute.
倒入所有切好的辣椒,翻炒一分鐘。
Season them with dark soy sauce and sugar, stir fry them for 2 more minutes.
加入黑醬油和白糖後,繼續翻炒兩分鐘。
And done!!!
