What did you have for breakfast today? This morning I was a bit lazy. I snoozed my alarm clock two times before I actually woke up. Of course this meant that I had less time for breakfast but even so I didn't want to skip it. It's part of my morning routine to eat breakfast so when I have less time than usual I choose something fast to prepare.
This morning, I ate toasted bread with butter and strawberry jam. I had homemade strawberry jam from my mother. She makes it every year because it's my favorite. Beside the bread, I made one of my favorite natural tea: caraway tea. It goes perfectly with the strawberry jam. My breakfast was delicious and enough for my stomach to resist until lunch.
Make time for breakfast each morning and don't skip it! Specialists say that breakfast is the most important meal of a day.
