Not always the physical beauty of a thing can be used as a benchmark, including in terms of food form.
This time we failed to present the beautiful shape as usual. In fact, we did not photograph the results of the failed plating.
We strive to present food art using Panna Cotta. This is the first time we have experimented ourselves in our kitchen because the dish is not a native dessert in our country.
We only captured the initial phase while Panna Cotta was still in the molds.
For the recipe, we only use Instant Panna Cotta Powder because we can't risk too much.
In the end, it seemed we failed. We have made imperfect Panna Cotta.
But this does not mean we failed as a whole. This failure is part of taking new lessons in the kitchen.
We failed in removing the Panna Cotta from the mold on the plate for food presentation. As a result, Panna Cotta immediately looks liquid-like ice cream that melts when Panna Cotta is removed from the mold onto a serving plate. That's because before we put the mold into hot water for a while as instructed on the product.
Panna Cotta is very soft and very different from the texture of the pudding. But we will not give up. We will try again!
Then what about the taste? It tastes really good! We swear! Very soft, and the sweetness makes us smile, with an imperfect shape.
Like love, this feeling will make you feel perfect even though sometimes it is carried by imperfect things. That's how Panna Cotta is served imperfectly, but the sweet taste can cure our failure.
