Burger time after Tour de France in Aachen
Watching a lot people on bikes makes me and my friends really hungry.
Well prepared
Some hours before my friends arrived I started my job in the kitchen. Adding my secret ingredients to the beef and formed the burger patties to stay 2 or 3 hours in the fridge.
Adding cheese
On top of each patty I add some cheese to melt it on the BBQ.
Salat
As there is a lot - of this dangerous green stuff - already in the beef (as the cow was eating tons of it) I'm always a bit careful not adding to much of this to my burger.
