Do you guys know what Sisig is?
Sisig is a Filipino dish made from parts of pig’s head and liver, usually seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers. (According to Wiki)
It's a must-try dish if you're planning to visit the Philippines. It has tons of variations, it will taste different depending on who's cooking it for you, where you're buying it. One thing is sure though, it will satisfy your hunger! Sisig is just great!
I'm only sharing this because that Sisig Bowl from KFC is so good I want to eat it everyday! (Heads up: Some branches serve more sauce and toppings vs others, look for the one that does! According to sources, KFC in Uptown Mall, BGC has a hearty serving.)
Warning: Not really Sisig in taste though. Slightly-to-very different from Sisig, but it's very delicious still!

At dahil worst for me ang KFC Delivery at vl lahat ng minions ko, nagpunta na lang talaga ko sa pinakamalapit na store. Ayoko pa nung una (dahil di talaga ako fan ng fast food), pero watdapak ang sarap pala. Mapapa I-wish-it's-inuman-na moment ka kahit lunchtime. Legit na sisig rice na binuhay nung sisig mayo sauce at crispy chicken skin. Masaya yung patintero ng textures sa dila plus angas at landi na anghang. Hindi lang ako fan nung hot shots, dahil feeling ko kaya lang yun nilagay para maubos dahil walang bumibili. haha Sana more sisig and chicken skin nalang.
