Today I bring you a very delicious and irresistible recipe for the palate. A slightly crunchy layer and a creamy texture with chocolate flavor makes this recipe a delight.
There are many brownies recipes, but I assure you that when you taste this you will not be able to stop eating them... Its smell will aromatize the atmosphere of your home. A coffee with milk well sparkling or a portion of vanilla ice cream, they are excellent. In the same way, you could add nuts to the mix.
Since I was 14 I started in pastry, I always liked it. However, my specialty is brownies; I can prepare them even with closed eyes haha. A good combination of ingredients and an exact cooking are key elements. In my school I used to sell them and so get some money, I was excellent.
And without further ado... Let's find out what you need!
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs.
- 1 cup of all-purpose wheat flour.
- 1 cup of cocoa powder.
- 2 cups and 3/4 of sugar.
- Half a large chocolate tablet for a cup (approximately 90 grams)
- 200 g of butter with salt.
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla.
First step:
Melt the butter and chocolate slowly, stirring constantly. Do not neglect it, so avoid burning the mixture. When it is ready, let it rest until the moment of its use arrives.
Another option is to melt in a bathroom "María".
Second step:
Pour the 5 eggs and the sugar in a bowl, use a blender to integrate the ingredients well.
Third step:
Add the vanilla and chocolate mixture with butter, beat again to integrate the ingredients.
Fourth step:
Sift flour and cocoa. Then, look for a palette, we will no longer use the blender.
Add the flour little by little and make enveloping movements with the palette.
Fifth step:
After having the mixture ready, we proceed to pour it into a mold. You can use one of glass or the one you have at home, I used a metal one and I added waxed paper to avoid sticking the brownie.
We are going to bake at 180 ° (356 F °) for 30 minutes. Each oven is usually different, if it is not ready by half an hour it can be up to 40 minutes, so do not worry.
How to know when you are ready?
The layer will be fully cooked, punctured with a knife and it should come out wet. Wait for it to cool to unmold, the layer tends to break a little, there's nothing to worry about.
You can accelerate the cooling process by placing the mold in a wider container with cold water plus some ice.

I give you a super tip, heat water in a bowl and bathe the knife you will use, look for a towel to dry it and proceed to cut. This will facilitate the process and you will be able to obtain PERFECT pieces.
Repeat the process over and over again.
