ingredients:
zucchini, champignons/portobello mushrooms, onion, garlic, cream cheese, feta cheese, spices (salt, pepper, coriander, chives), grated cheese, parsely
- Wash the Zucchini, cut off the head and scoop it out -but keep the pulp for the stuffing. Parallel to that, heat up the oven to around 200°.
- Wash and cut the mushrooms, the zucchini pulp, onion, garlic, chive and the feta cheese and give it all into a big bowl. Lastly put in the cream cheese and mix it up well.
- Add all the spices and mix the stuffing again, then fill the Zucchinis with it.
-we also added some feta on top for the looks
- Lastly before you put them into the oven, strew some granted cheese over the Zucchinis.
- Leave them in the oven for around 20-30min.
