loosing weight is something that is harder then expected, so here are some tips to encourage yourself to loose weight :
-the first thing you have to do is start slowly by reducing the amount of food you eat in order to get back to a common diet
-cook food yourself so that you know what you are eating
-when you are hungry instead of ending your hunger with fatty food go do something interesting to get your mind off food
