Steemians, i want to share some of my experience when making your own beef burgers.
There are quite a few things that you should respect, in order to get the tastiest result possible.
Here a quick list:
- Your meat should be around 80% meat 20% fat
- You should NOT add anything (like onions, paprica etc.) to the meat
- You have to squash the meat in your hands till it starts to stick on it
- Make the burger evenly flat and curve a little bulge into it in the middle
- You should flip your burger only 1 time.
- After flipping wait for 2-3 minutes and add cheese on top to get it molten.
