🔸4 eggs
🔸150 gr sugar
🔸2 tsp cake emulsifier (SP)
🔸80 gr medium protein flour
🔸35 gr of chocolate powder
🔸1 tsp baking powder
🔸1 tsp vanilla powder
🔸75 gr dark cooking chocolate
🔸120 gr of butter
🔸50 ml sweetened condensed milk chocolate

How to make :
🔸 Heat the steamer over medium heat. Oles baking pan with margarine and baking paper
🔸Select butter and dark cooking chocolate, melt by way of steam and cool to room temperature
🔸 Beat eggs, granulated sugar and sp until fluffy and thick
🔸Enter the mixture of wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla, which has been sifted before. Shake briefly with low speed, just simply flat, do not overmix
🔸 Pour the butter mixture and dark cooking chocolate, then stir it flat and there is no liquid deposits underneath
🔸Take 2-3 tablespoons full of dough, mixed with sweetened condensed milk, set aside
🔸For the main dough mjd 2 equal parts lot. Pour 1 part of dough into baking sheet, flatten and steam for 10 min
🔸 Then pour the mixed dough mixed with sweetened condensed milk. Steam for 10 minutes
🔸Then pour the remaining main dough, flatten. Steam again for 30 minutes.
🔸 Remove the baking pan from the steamer. Wait until it is cool, then remove the brownies from the pan
🔸Cut and serve

Note:
- Use medium fire, do not fire big, so brownies tdk peceh / bloom / bumpy
- When brownies ripen, do not immediately remove from the baking sheet, wait until the chocolate brownies so as not to break
