It's also ideal for Sportsmen!
It's very easy to make!
You will need:
- Natural Greek yoghurt (9g. proteins in 100g.) - 800g. (1.76 lb)
- Strawberries - 300g. (0.66 lb)
- Gelatin - 50g. (0.11 lb)
Making:
- Mix Natural Greek yoghurt with straberries add honey or sugar if you want.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling 250ml of water.
- Mix step 1. with step 2.
- Put the cake in the refrigerator and leave it for 3-4 hours.
